What the footage shows—and what it does not

The opening phone has visible damage around its back glass and camera area. The next scene shows another phone on repair equipment. The laptop scene shows diagnostic work at the bench.

The montage does not establish the cause of a fault, a successful repair, recovered files or a turnaround time. A finished repair requires its own inspection and testing.

What to tell us about your device

Start with the model and the symptom you noticed. Tell us what happened before the problem started and whether it happens every time or only occasionally.

For a phone, describe changes in the picture, touch, sound or charging. For a laptop, describe the power, display or performance problem in your own words. You do not need to name a failed part before asking for an evaluation.
